                                                                                     JOHN AARON “BO” WELLS 

John Aaron Wells, 72, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on April 2, 2024. Born on October 27, 1951, in Dallas, TX, he was known to many as "Bo." He served in the United States Army as a Sergeant. John dedicated his career to Taylor Publishing Company. John was a friend to many and uncle to all who knew him. He loved his family and friends. 

John loved to go fishing! He and his buddies would go often. He enjoyed making deals at the local flea markets. Furthermore, John also enjoyed traveling, and not just any traveling; John was first class all the way! He was fond of the casino. Finally, he had a unique political perspective and enjoyed taking on the subject matter often. 

John is survived by his daughters, Timberly (Severin) Lyimo of Caddo Mills, TX, Tyra Johnson of Baton Rouge, LA, Talon Johnson of Caddo Mills, TX. Brother, Thomas (Virgina) Wells Jr. of Dallas, TX, Cousin, Claudia Dee Joiner of Dallas, TX. Grandchildren Tristen Johnson, Ta’Rhea Taylor, Ta’Veiah Johnson, Theodore Brown, Trezeguet Lyimo, Stepmother Dorothy Morgan of Dallas, TX. He leaves to cherish his memory lifetime friends Phyllis Johnson of Caddo Mills, TX and Zabrina Carey of Dallas, TX along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. 

John was preceded in death by his Mother, Agnes (Earnest) Wells, Father, Rev. J. D. Morgan, Grandmother, Eldora Jones, Grandfather, Joe Jones, Sister, Shirley Ann (Cornell) Holder, Aunt, Claudi Mae (Lorenzo) Ellis, and Uncle, Leroy (Pauline) Jones. 

John will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. What a life and legacy he leaves behind. Please keep his memory alive in your hearts. For we know that his is resting in the arms of Jesus. 

“Lord, we thank you for the cherished memories of our father and the love he poured into our lives. We are grateful for the time we had with him, and we will always cherish the moments we shared. As we mourn his passing, we pray that we may honor him by living our lives in a way that would make him proud.”
