Life Story

Jasmine Nicole Stromile was born in Dallas, Texas on April 19, 1990, to Lawrence (Fred) Stromile and Tracy E. Armstrong. She was lovingly raised by Lawrence Stromile and Tobitha White-Stromile where she attended Jimmy Tyler Brashear for Preschool. She attended Cedar Hill Independent School District in which she graduated and received her diploma from Cedar Hill High School. Jasmine also attended Mountain View College for a few years. She created countless memories and lifelong friendships along the way.

Jasmine accepted Christ at an early age and joined Concord Church in which she actively participated in the Youth Choir, Praise Team, Mime Ministry and was a Debutant for Christ. While in high school she was a part of the Longhorns softball team at Cedar Hill High School. Her talents and devotion shone brightly. She had a love for children where her first job was Creative/W.I.S.E. Academy. She worked for many years with after-school age children pouring into their lives with warmth and encouragement. She was given the honor and title of Godmother to three precious children K’Mayia, K’Marion and K’Mari Hartfield, who she loved unconditionally. Simultaneously, Jas worked as a Patient Care Tech at Baylor Hospital for several years touching those lives as well. Later, she went on to work for Ally Financial as an Executive Customer Relations Analyst.

Jasmine was a self-proclaimed “Daddy’s Girl”. She loved to style everyone from head to toe, encouraging people with kind words, singing, telling jokes, Chris Brown (singer) and lighting up every room she walked in. She pursued her dreams with determination and grace. Jasmine truly lived life to the fullest with no regrets.

Jasmine will be extremely missed by her parents: Lawrence Stromile, Tobitha White-Holmes (Kirk) and Tracy Armstrong; her siblings: Lauryn Stromile, Lawrence (DeShon) Stromile, Jaylyn Stiggers and Laila Stromile; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, a lot of friends and those who were fortunate to be in her life.
