Cletus C Udeh Sr.

December 20, 1944 — January 6, 2021

 

Cletus (Clay) Chikwendu Udeh, Sr was born December 20, 1944 in Enugu, Nigeria to the late Oti and Nkeji Udeh.

Clay accepted Christ early and was attending St Philips, the Apostle Catholic Church in Dallas, Tx.

Clay attended school in Nigeria and continued his education at Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, Tx. He received his Associate's Degree at Texas Eastern University(now known as UT Tyler) in Tyler, Tx.  He received his Bachelor's Degree and Stephen F Austin University in Nacogdoches, Tx, where he received his Master's Degree.  

Clay had a passion for working in the Insurance Industry. He was a licensed Insurance Agent.

Clay met and married Roxanne White in 1981, and to this union, a son Cletus(CJ) Udeh, Jr, and a daughter Tiffany EN Udeh were born.  

In 2017, Clay met and married Omah Azuaru. There were no children born to this union.

Clay leaves precious memories that will forever be treasured by his son Cletus(CJ) Udeh, Jr (Elizabeth), daughter Tiffany EN Udeh and their mother, Roxanne Udeh. Grandchildren: Aniyah, La'tiannah, Qor'Darrius, Prince, and Dream Udeh. Brother Godwin(Billy Texas) Udeh. Special friends: Stephen Oriabure(Theresa), Shenna Izevbizua(Stephen), Hope Oriabure-Hunter(Darryl)
Stephannie Ebhota Oriabure, James Oriabure(Onyeka), and a host of other relatives and friends

Clay was preceded in death by his parents, Oti and Nkeji Udeh.
